How do you handle personal training payments?

I offer multiple payment options, including weekly payments, package deals, and long-term membership fees that can be paid upfront or on a monthly basis. There is no contract or cancellation fee!

Q: What should I bring to my first personal training session?

I recommend bringing any relevant medical history, as well as athletic or injury-related history. It’s also advisable to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes!
