Seeing and feeling the results. Deadlifted 200 pounds! Getting stronger and closer to pull ups. Honestly, the reservation was within myself. I also was in this mindset that I always had to be in a deficit to see results… I’m glad I was wrong. I was afraid I would fail. I love the fluidity of our work together. I feel like I am making a huge amount of progress without giving up my life just to training. I also love how you work with me on traveling stuff so that I don’t feel like I’m losing all my progress when I have to travel for work.
I love everything about our coach/client relationship. I didn’t expect to see as much direct improvement in my Kung Fu as I have through our work together. I was over the moon when I had other instructors compliment my fighting that tournament; that felt like a huge accomplishment!

I was very nervous and hesitant when we started working out because I’ve worked with trainers in the past,and they were not as friendly or helpful. I didn’t know if I was going to be met with encouragement or shaming like in the past. You have helped with so many of my reservations! You have been so incredible and helped me in so many ways beyond just physically. You are kind and encouraging even before I moved to California. Then, once I started, you sat down with me for a long time and listened to my goals (ALL OF THEM), then developed multiple programs to help meet those goals. One of my top achievements through our training so far has been getting stronger and looking better in clothes.
